This happens to both my tomatos which seeds were planted on Sep 12. Can someone please help identify if this is a disease and what I should do? Thanks.

I can't see to well from the photos, but I'm not seeing much of this on the upper leaves so it looks like it could be mold growing where water has splashed on the leaves. Looks like you need to lower the water level in your growbed so that the surface isn't as wet now that the seedlings are up. You could move the seedlings away from the water outfall to the growbed if they are staying wet because of this.

Scotty & Mordyr, many thanks. Will firstly lower the standpipe of the bell siphon immediately and see if the spot will disappear. In fact I did increase the length of the standpipe just about a week ago and we are having raining days thest days. Meanwhile I will also search on the net for other possible disease.

Scotty, no more black spots in the new leafs and the tomato is growing very well. So I can confirm it's the problem of the water height in the grow bed as you have pointed out. Thanks a lot again.
