Sorry for SIDE_TRACK ,, but was that the episode where they showed like Aquaponics in reverse??
Water cress water was perfect place for fresh water prawns etc to grow ,, so the guy next door made a trout farm and pumped the water from the cress ponds to feed the trout.

I have attacked our mint and watercress a couple of times since September.
You are right, the fish do like the cover. I have put 100 Silvers in our system about 5 weeks ago and they are just loving it.

Yes that's right. And they didn't have to feed the trout any extra food at all. They used cow manure to throw into a pond where it fed the prawns etc.
