Borage seeds prolifically when flowering. I have quite a few coming up from last years plant. Mine grew about 2 feet high and 3 feet wide, but you can keep it trimmed.

If you squeeze one of the small black ones it should tell you if its in the onion family,but otherwise its a brassica or possibly basil(squeeze it and see if it smells like that too)

Last one could be beetroot seeds or silver beet.
