I've found the perfect place to cultivate duckweed in this frigid weather :)

My tropical aquarium! I have the standard and growlux globes on about 14 hrs a day anyway, and the temp of the water is 27C and there is no excess of nutes! The CD sized amount i put it what 2 or 3 weeks ago has covered the whole surface in a nice green mat :) (4 foot aquarium)
i harvested half of this last night for my jade tank, will keep track of how long it takes to cover the whole aquarium again :)
