I bought a bunch of jolokia seeds this year. Managed to get about an 80% germination rate by planting them in coir mix, and leaving them in front of the heater for a few nights.

As soon as they germinate, put them somewhere with a bit more gentle heat I suppose, but mine don't seem to be growing that well. I think they need a bit more heat to really get cranking.

Once you get some germinated, a few months in a cupboard with 400w growlighths works wonders. To get much fruit you will need to hand pollinate.
