Hi
I am really excited because this year we have our first, fruit, on our Szechuan pepper tree.
Any one with knowledge of this plant please advise.
My wife just came in from the garden with one leaf.
Crumpled in your fingers the smell was wonderful.
I have done many oil infusion bottles for Christmas presents. Various variations on garlic/chilli/rosemary.
I think Szechuan may be this seasons hot gift.

Oh, awesome! I don't know much about growing Szechuan peppers, but I do know that it's delicious and I can cook a mean five-spice duck using it.
