Or if that is a no go, some diluted capsaicin spritzed on them?

Once those black aphids get in I either pull everything up or if it's chives I cut it down to growbed level.

EB,i have had success against them using wood vinegar,there are now other members who are achieving good results with it as well on there bugs.
