It may be cold where I am but we can grow trout all year round and if it gets chilly we through a jumper on and thats not a kangaroo

Each to their own, I say. It's pretty easy to get cool with aircon, swimming pools and the ocean. Plants grow like crazy and barramundi and jade perch make a tasty (and mush faster growing) alternative to trout. Besides, I have been in SA enough times over the last forty years to know it can get stinking hot as well.
