another thing is that things that are so common back home are on the 'ENDANGERED LIST' list here.

so hard to find !!!

example :

trying to build a quail bird coop. can't find the correct square wire mesh. they are all too thin.

back home we have a wide range of hole sizes and also the thickness of the steel wire....

here ? all around me , there are 5 huge hardware houses including Hardware House.
