Following up on the wimpy kale problem, it has now become a greenhouse bully, beating up my seedlings in the adjacent DWC trough. I have no explanation for its recovery. The variety is absolutely different from the dark green Tuscan style that people usually associated with kale. It's really more of a salad kale that you can cut up raw and add directly to lettuce mix.

If I were to do it again, I would germinate it in rockwool plugs rather than seeding the grow bed directly.
