On a recent trip to phuket I had the pleasure or trying stir fried morning glory or kang kong.
Ive been looking for it ever since but have had no luck.
Does anyone know where I could get some kang kong seeds in perth or even better fresh kang kong I can grow from cuttings.

It will be in the asian greengrocers very soon although some people may have kept it over winter. Mine died during frosts. The season would be about to start with the warm weather as it grows here as an annual.

I have a packet of seeds from an ebay seller that were sold to me as Malabar Spinach, but came up as Kang Kong... you can have them if you want!... PM me if you want them, Cheers.

Buy them from the asian supermarkets and just root them in a cup of water; thats how I started mine this year. No needs for seeds if you have access to the plant.

I got my first one from Bunnings, they grow like weed and throw hundreds of seeds, which popped up as new plants after just 3 days in seedling mix. Our rabbits, chicken and red claw like it as well.

By the way they are a nice flower addition to the system.
