(such as the 3M stuff meant for auto headliners)

Please elaborate on what exactly these "auto headliners" are and good places to to get that.

Also, what other products would work and stay sticky for a least 3 days, which would be cheaper to use during a crises? . Replacing every 3 days in would probably still be a lot cheaper than using a bunch of regular yellow sticky pads. .

Would any bright yellow cardboard, be good to use, after spraying ?

Headliners are the fabric "ceiling" in your car. The fabric is held to the roof with a spray on adhesive. Go to any auto parts store and ask for the 3M headliner adhesive and they should know what you're talking about. This is one such product: http://www.shop3m.com/60455055693.html?WT.mc_ev=clickthrough&WT.mc_id=3M-com-GoogleOneBox-60455055693

Anything bright yellow would work - cardboard, plastic, yellow painted wood, etc
