Are you human?: My kids think not...
Location: Australia, Tom Price
Hi there

I have some great silverbeet and basil that is being hastily consumed by some little critters. I have had a good look but have not found much. I have found a small green caterpillar about 12mm long which I enjoyed squishing.

My question for you guys is; what can I spray these with that will not harm my Barra or other plants? Is there a magic concoction I can make?

Cheers Wal

Dipel is made by Yates and is available at Bunnings.
It is a powder to mix and spray directly to the leaves.
Caterpillars eat the sprayed leaves and the natural bacteria in the Dipel stops the digestive system from working.
Perfectly safe for fish and humans
