I have a friend who has been trying ap but all his fish keep dying. He has blamed the scheme water then used dam water and now rain water off a tiled roof and the result has all been the same.He lives in a farming area and has now come to the conclusion that it is all the chemicals that are being sprayed around him as there always seems to be someone spraying for something. The spray would falling on the roof and going into the rain water tank. The only fish that survive are what he calls his mongrel fish which I think are a type carp. All his amonia nitrite and nitrate levels seem OK.What do others think? The fish seem to go mad and go full pelt into the side of the tank and injure themselves.

Yes Don I have made a thread about that, I have been trying to phone Graham since I was out that way, the end scenario is we think it's zinc poisoning from the corry tank, my other theory is spray drift landing on his roof and washing into his water tank, but the fact his dirt gardens and the people are fine, I would lean towards zinc, here's the link to the thread I started on grahams fish viewtopic.php?f=2&t=5985

Don I haven't forgot about coming around, have a few drama's at home with teenaged daughter who thinks she is 30  and some maintenance going on around the house, will call soon.
