Rope came to see how SP are treated the BYAP Qld way - these fish died for the cause :lol:

Rope, son Aaron (spelling?) and vb visited to pay their respects to a few SP with light refreshments

Weights of the SP ranged from 440g to 350g

At least it was a good death and intentional rather than accidental.

The fish were purged for 5 days, simply put them in a tank by themselves and didn't feed them...they all went to tummy heaven.

Axl's cider was donated to vb (what remained) as he will be able to return the empties to the rightful owners easier.

SP taste very nice...now to feed up the rest for further BYAP ritual sacrifices...the remainder of the SP are around the 350g range, but I have a few more warm months to increase their girth...thanks for the kind words ppl and it was nice to catch up with Rope on the day :D


Edit:
other fish weigh around 250g - not 350g....350g is a nice size for eating :lol:
