I finished a 2.5 X 7 ft X 9 inch grow bed, filled it with washed lava rock and water, seeded it with fish water from our koi pond bio filter and a little uran. How long should I leave it sit before I start cycling it in the existing koi pond? Should I start with a slow continuous flow or go ahead with the flood and drain? The bell siphon works great. Thanks

As long as your Ammonia and Nitrites are not too high, you can circulate it now. It should be fine with your established koi pond.
