In another post i mention the severe Ich problem my tilapia fingerlings had, as adviced in the forum I made a Hospital tank. 100 lt tanks with a radial flow filter, heater (at 29°c), and good air flow.

salt: 6ppm
Ph: 7.6
Ammonia: zero last time i checked, i guess it will increase.
Temperature: 29°c.

First a problem, the water is turning brown, and the turbidity is very high, is it maybe related with the pump i installed that it's breaking the fish solids and disolving them?

The second is a question, how long should i leave them in the tank, they have been there for a day already and the Ich is still visible and serious.

P.S i also added 3ppm to the main 1400 lt system.

Attached a photo of my hospital tank, any advice is welcome.

Tilapia can handle salinities higher than seawater. Take the salinity up higher. They can live in 44 ppt. They do in the Salton Sea. If you have a hospital tank setup, you might as well push it.
