Are you human?: Only after a coffee

Hi just wandering if anyone out there has used any products like stress coat for aquariums in their aquaponic systems.
I had some trout deaths and can't seem to find the cause. Simple 1frowned times IBC with 12 trout now down to 8
Have got .0s nitrite and ammonia Ph 7.2 and have just salted to around 2 ppt pump running 24/7 with all the air stones I have running flat out. Found 2 more dead this morning and just wandering what else I can do.
Would stress coat help.

Stress coat wont do anything for your fish... that salt wont....

It is supposedly a "dechlorinator"..... did you water change at all???...

If I remember correctly on the bottle Stress Coat says "Not suitable for table fish".
I also agree that it won't do any more for the fish than the salt will.

IMO... it wont do any more good... than salt will....

And may well do a lot of harm... long term... (not for table fish... )

I know of one case where a client killed all of his fish... and the only thing I can put it down to....

Was that he used "stress-coat"....

I wouldn't use it... and can't find a good reason to do so...

700L water I added just over 1kg salt added. Fish have continued to die, put a gold fish from my smaller healthy blue barrel system and within 3 days all of its find look like they are rotted away. I think it may be a fungal disease or something. I've only got 2 trout left now and they are just swimming around the surface . How long would I have to run without fish to get a fungal problem out of the system. ?
