Quick note for those who use the Imperial measurement system in the US, and want a volume measurement...

1 g salt / L water = 3.5 teaspoons salt / gallon water

If you're interested, here's the math...

1 g salt 3.8 L h2o 1 mL salt 0.338 fl oz salt 6 tsp salt
-------- * ------------- * ----------- * ----------------- * -----------
1 L h2o 1 gal h20 2.17 g salt 1 mL salt 1 fl oz salt

HTML ignores consecutive spaces.
to force a space, try using an _ underscore or something else. Tables in forums suck spectacularly :-(
