Hi Mel,
Yeah still running CF. I'm not sure what is going on with the trout, no white spots, but the same behaviour as if it were ich.

I'll probably run heavy salt for a few weeks without fish and see how it goes.

Skeggly, keen for some marron? Got a few that'll need a new home mate.

Spewin'. It's always a worry bringing in outside fish, I've only used TM but still hospitalise just in case. The one time I didn't hospitalise I got sick fish... (Thanks JeffJL)
All good now and as JeffJL got me started in AP I forgive him.

I'd wack the salt levels up now if fish are left and remove any plants that are salt shy. I don't think it's necessary to rip down and start again.
Not sure about mels copper sulphate idea, I'm no fish expert but the mention of copper starts alarm bells in my AP head.

As for the soon to be homeless marron, perhaps Charlie can tell us what salt level marron can tolerate?

Marron can handle up to 17ppt salinity, although it is not desirable.
