Greentings everyone,
I have recently started building an aquoponic system.
For experimental purpose I have build a small tank for breeding.
The tank measures 24"x12"x12". I have caught some tilapias from a nearby pond. Its been a week and they all seem to be doing well.
Only problem here is that how can make them eat normal fish food e.g Optimum fish food for cichlids. They all like earthworms but dont eat fish food which are like round floating pellets.
I plan to completely stop feeding earthworms and given them fish food only.
Also, What no. of fish would be good for successfull breeding in such a small tank. E.g 1 male & 3 female.

Pls suggest...

Starve them for a few days and they will eat the pellets. They probably have to get used to their new surroundings aswell.
