Do you have a link = copy and paste the website address for the model of pump you have so others can click on it to see what it actually is.

e.g type the model of the unit into google, it should take you to your pump, then go to the address bar at the top of screen, right click your mouse, copy that, start your next post here, right click your mouse again and paste that address here ( link ) :D

Must mean nitrite - nitrates have to get to incredibly high levels before they start affecting the fish.

Fish can handle 500+ of Nitrate so my fish doctor friend tells me, she saiid high Nitrate will only affect breeding, which we don't do.
