I have seen lots of grass hoppers in my back yard. Usually small 3-4mm to about 15mm. Never the big ones.

Are they any good for the fish (silvers/trout) and if so how the heck do i go about catching them. All i can find online is how to catch the fully grown ones.

The ones I have thrown in my tank, the fish seem to love. They are a bugger to catch though. A kids butterfly net seems to work ok for me.
