Our local butcher - a real butcher, with carcasses and everything (sadly, no sawdust on the floor) - will give me his meat saw cleanings. Meat/bone/blood, all in a mash.

How do you think it would go as fish food - a supplement, rather than the main feed.

I feed my fish with Laucke barra pellets which have meat meal in them as the protein part.

i feed mine to the chickens it makes their eggs like a rock, theres a good deal of fat in bone mush from a meat saw i would bake it to render out the oils from the fats. as a commercial fish dealer my thoughts would be feed it to the chickens and not take chances on untested feed stock. but thats just MHO
