Here is my first recipe what do you all think? 6 parts ground lentle and pea sprouts 1 part BSF larvae 1 part eggs 1 part ground and dried fish meal 1 part soya flour I am drying it in our hot African sun even though it is winter for us now. After it is dried i am guessing it will be around 40% protein. Smells just like the pellets. Just have to wait for the cycle to start now to add the fish. Thoughts? MM |

+1 hope it's for the fish! I would also add some Moringa and spiralina to the recipe which would enhance the nutritional value |

hey guys chillidude i will soon be planting some moringa trees and they will add lots of nutrients but have you ever checek out the nutrient content of sprouts...not a lot of foods offer more and they are soooooo easy to grow. all you need is a jar and some water. desertrat just drying them on sheet and crumbeling them up into flakes... works well.
