Hi all

I have to re-start my BSF incubator-thingo and need some fresh BSF larvae. Can anyone help please? Happy to pay for them plus postage. I'm in Perth.

Thanks :)

The folks at the BYAP shop might be able to help you... take a trip over there...

We don't have any to spare at the moment I'm afraid. I think we gave away too many and left ourselves short.

Hey PW, I will check out my BSF house tomorrow and see if I got any in there. I have heaps of BSF flying around and should have lavae. I just let mine eat and escape when they want as I dont have a Pod. Just homemade job which does the trick but pretty shoddy.

Thanks - that's kind. Gosh I have no idea! I got my Pod thing over a year ago and have never seen a BSF! It wasn't explained to me how to set it up when I got it, and I didn't find out until last week. I'll post back to BYAP and ask them.

Thanks again - I'll post back here when I have an idea.

cheers

Philip

Hi

Can you answer Seamonkey's question please? How many do I need to get started?

Thanks

P

Hi Phil,
I have picked out about 150 BSFL at about 1cm long and I can keep them, fed separately, in small container. You let me know what day you can get to BYAP and I can get them there. If you want more than 150 I can just keep adding to collection til you ready for them, if you like. There seems to be a good supply and should be plenty more on the way by the amount of BSF flying about.
Anyway, if you find someone closer or dont want them, no problems because I think I have to re-house them anyway.

Thanks Sue

Is there a chance you can pop the container in a padded bag and post it to me? If you have a Paypal account I can wizz the money straight to you. BYAP is not easy to get to for me - I live in Hamersley and work in Guildford. However if not, then I'll try and work it out.

Thanks :)

Philip

Got your PM Phil and sent one back but it still says it is in the Outbox and not in Sent messages so dont know if you got it.
Can anyone tell me if a PM goes to the sent box automatically or is there a delay.

PM will only move to the "Sent" box after it has been read...

If it's still in the "Outbox" ... it aint been read...
