Does anyone regularly feed snails, great protein and fat levels, to their fish?

I do sometimes when I catch small ones, the rainbow trout have eaten snails up to about 15mm diameter.

Do you mean water or land snails.
My perch & black bream regularly eat water snails that I get on the bottom of the pots in the NFT pipes. It's a hassle collecting them.

I've thrown a few garden snail in for my large catfish. I did mean to watch and see if they get eaten, but I forgot. Next time.

I also have a problem with aquatic snails. Not in the fish tanks, but the GBs, DWC, etc. I used to keep loaches in the main tank, but the catfish finally ate them. I need to add some to my DWCs.

Land snails. The Common Garden snail in particular.

Yes. Garden snails occasionally (I crush and wash the larger ones first), but I know that watersnails occasionally get pumped into the FT from the sump, but there are never any visible in the FT.
I just added a couple of larger galaxias to the sump tank so I don't think there will be any watersnails in there for much longer either.
