Hello, I have a small aquaponics system that I have had up for about 5 months and I was wondering if anybody has tried to feed tilapia cranberries. My family has a cranberry farm and I have plenty of cranberries left over that are to old to sell but are not spoiled yet. I blended up some cranberries and they ate it. I know that the fish will eat it but I do not know if it is good for the fish or if the high acidity of the cranberries will effect the water.
Thanks for any advice.

I would not want to feed them exclusively cranberries, but as a part of a diet, I don't know if anyone had tried. I don't imagine it would hurt to try. Just keep an eye on your water parameters.
