Post subject:  Best organic feed for goldfish?

I just setup a small 25 gallon indoor system with two goldfish for growing greens and herbs. I'm fairly new to AP and especially fish tending. My question is what would be a balanced diet for these little guys? They are both about 3-4 inches. I'm using crappy fish flakes right now, but would like to switch to something that I know is clean, healthy, and fairly easy to produce(cook). After all you are what you eat, and what my fish eat is what my plants eat, and what I eat are my plants. I prefer healthy, low modified, organic foods. My fish deserve the same! Thanks for the help everyone.

There are some organic fish feeds out there. A little google research should get you there.

Keep in mind that your not going to produce much with 2 goldfish.

Thanks for the help. I think I found something pretty simple. I can save it by freezing it.

I hope that is not too simple, as in you would not be able to survive on just one thing. :)

EB two goldfish in nearly 100l seems small. I kept 4 in a close to 200l tank in my bedroom with fairly spanky biofiltration. They got to about 6" would trash the tank and I was having to do partial water changes regularly to keep the nitrates down (ok I spoiled them a bit). They got evicted and are now in the pond. :)
