I am looking at the aquamax product line and i was currious as to which would be best for my situation. I currently have a few crawdads and 5 shad all of which are about 4-6 inchs long. I was currious if there is a Aquamax product that is an all incompassing food in terms of fish size and bottom and top feeding fish?

I was thinking about trying the Aquamax pond fish 4000. It has 4.8mm pellets and 36% protein. Or should i go with the starter food?

Are you sure they are shad? They are almost impossible to keep captive. Getting them to eat would be another miracle. There are many varieties skipjack/herring, threadfin, american and gizzard and they feed on zooplankton.
