We had Thai sushi last night, and 1 of the sushimio rolls was tilapia. It was the ebst of the bunch! I asked the chef and he said they use fresh, never frozen tilapia. I have about 30 lbs out there now. Anybody used them before?

Haven't used any of mine, but had some tilapia sushi a couple days ago.........I agree.
