Im looking at harvesting my barra soonish and am currently feeding them pellets. Should i be looking to change their diet before i eat them??

what do pellet raised fish taste like??

I purge my fish in high salinity water for a few days but thats just me. I havnt grown barra yet so not much help sorry.
