API released a new food line emphasizing on sustainability. I don't know if they have a bulk feed line but their concept is great.

Most of the protein in our fish foods comes from fishmeal made from small wild fish such as sardines, anchovies and mackerel. These fish are an important part of the food chain for larger fish and marine animals, so catching them can have serious consequences.
We decided to remove fishmeal from our API® brand fish foods worldwide, by instead using scraps left over when fish are filleted for human food. In 2011, we launched fishmeal-free API® brands in the U.S. and Europe. The by-product for our fish food pellets comes from MSC-certified sources, and from Friend of the Sea sources for our flakes.
