I'm about to run out of pellets for my 8" jades and 12" silvers.

I probably should be looking to harvest the silvers anyway, but need some pellets for the jades. Anyone got any surplus, or able to point me to a good supplier on the north side of Brisbane?

ryangus, there is a petshop up there that stocks ridleys aquafeed (forget it's name, you can ring ridleys and ask), and there is also grobest.

Do you mean the one at Rothwell, near WOW electrical and the Keystar car yards?

I always got mine from the wholesale part of the pet shop at Mt Gravatt - think it's calle Hay You or something like that. Haven't got any for a while - cryo vac sealed my last lot into 1 kg bags and its taking a while to get through with my single baramundi . Mind you - he is a pretty big boy.

Bit tough to get a picture of him unfortunately. Don't want to stress him by netting him for a photo. I'll see if I can get a good indication of measurement some time. It wouldn't excite you too much rupe - you have probably started with ones bigger than this guys in some systems. I reckon the impressive thing with barra is not so much the length, but how thick they become around the shoulders.

Ended up getting another 20kg bag from Grobest. I'll go halves with a mate. Only $8 delivery to Scarborough - cheaper than the Gateway toll, not to mention time and fuel.
