Walleye are my favorite as well
I don't know of anyone who's done this in AP but I have seen some research on Aquaculture with Walleye. They don't sound too hard to culture but most are only producing fingerlings. Yellow Perch have been done so if you can't get the Walleyes for some reason then these could be an option (I know they aren't as good but what can you do

It looks do-able to me but you'll have to dig for it and find a source of fingerlings as well as stocking densities and things like that (you might have to make some guesses). If you need any help getting setup just ask and Please post back to let us know how it's going regardless

Hoping they train them to commercial feed, because I definitely don't want to invest the $ and mess in live food, which walleye apparently MUCH prefer, from what I've read so far.
