Hi guys, aquaponics noob here.

Ive gathered a lot of data on different coldwater fish for my potential aquaponics set up..
But I'm missing some data for Brook Trout.

Wondering if anybody has experience or knowledge of the general parameters for growing such a fish..

Harvest age (range), and ~age of sexual maturity are key bits I'm missing. General water requirements valued though so I can cross check to my data.
