I have taken my uncles Tilapis from his system that he was not able to sustain and I do not know what the majority of them are. I have done a lot of internet searching buy not really sure. They were purchased in Athens GA as Blue's. There are 2 or 3 Bules but about 5 of them are very different. They have a flatter face. I will attach some photos. I am new to Backyar Aquaponics so I my struggle with this forum to begin with.

They look like the Blues I have.

the flat face looks like a deformity as opposed to a trait

and its really difficult to positively identify tilapia species based on color or markings.

I dont see a visual reason to think they are not blues.

Good point Brian. I meant...they look like my blues less the bug eyes and smashed nose.lol

Thanks for the feedback. Two of the group look like my other Blues, but these 8 are different. I guess they will all taste the same.
