Hey guys,

I am looking for a list of brackish water fish in the areas of Europe, Australia, North America. I found some, like the sea brass and salmon, but I am looking for more.
I would appreciate your help.

By definition brackish water contains 0,05% till 3% salt. Am I wrong if I need to put 1kg of salt to 100kg (Liters) of water to get a 1% brackish water?
see you

Yep... 3% salinity... would be 3ppt.... or 3kg of salt/1000L....

Are you human?: family Hominidae

The Black Bream (Acanthopagrus butcheri) of Australia is an estuarine species which probably qualifies as a 'brackish water fish'.

Is this the fish you referred to in your first post: European Seabass (Dicentrarchus labrax)?

There is an e-book called 'Brackish Water Fishes' by Neale Monks. Worth a read. Will follow this with interest as we have an abundance of brackish water on the farm here. Somewhat limited with plants but there are options. Good luck

Oysters? They are quite hard on the teeth and they don't swim :-)

Thanks for the book tip!
