Post subject:  What fish should I grow in this climate? Southern California

Hi everyone,

So I am getting my aquaponics project under way, and while stocking the fish is at least a couple of weeks off I am not settled on what kind of fish I should grow.

I looked up my climate info and came across this:

"Cypress, CA climate is warm during summer when temperatures tend to be in the 70's and cool during winter when temperatures tend to be in the 50's.

The warmest month of the year is August with an average maximum temperature of 84.60 degrees Fahrenheit, while the coldest month of the year is December with an average minimum temperature of 45.30 degrees Fahrenheit.

Temperature variations between night and day tend to be fairly limited during summer with a difference that can reach 19 degrees Fahrenheit, and moderate during winter with an average difference of 21 degrees Fahrenheit.

The annual average precipitation at Cypress is 12.94 Inches. Rainfall in is fairly evenly distributed throughout the year. The wettest month of the year is February with an average rainfall of 3.01 Inches."

I'm guessing a cold water fish and warm water fish each year? Any recommendations? Thanks!
