Quindalup is a fair ways from anywhere, let alone the Murray River... If you only want 1 or two, and not really for eating then ask your local LFS, they'll get you some good looking ones, but they'll be a bit expensive. Other than that, I recall some Victorian fisheries that stocked them, perhaps they'd ship them for you? |

The only place that I know of in WA that holds murray cod is Jurien bay. |

There is actually a place within 30 minutes of you Trevi that is farming Murray Cod though I dont know if he can legally sell them to you. I doubt you would get translocation approval from fisheries to bring any in from the eastern states either. If you are only after a couple it may be easiest to get them from a aquarium shop though I am pretty sure you will need a permit to keep them. |
