I'm getting ready to eat my pets (SPs). I know about purging, but is there advice on slaughtering (terrible word!), cleaning and filleting? |

Be as gently as you can  to avoid brusing  ...outside. Some ppl use an 'iki', a piece of metal (like a phillips head screw driver +) to kill,(puncture just behind the eye to sever the spinal cord/mash brain and then 'fillet' or 'butterfly' in the normal way. If you get it right and I suggest you do, it is very quick and IMHO most humane way to get your dinner ready

Mate you gotta be happy with that  Sheep goats chooks theyre all tycka at my farm cant wait to eat my own fish
