Nup - never heard of any up here. Even with the cold nights I have here in winter (some sub zero), I still think it may be hard to keep temps at a reasoable level long enough to grow them out :-/

There are a few trout farms in the New England area of northern NSW. Guyra, just north of Armidale has one and compared to how far Outback and Gnash travelled to get their trout its just down the road from Brisbane.
Outback, if you had gotten your fish a month ago they would be smaller and then you would need longer to grow them out.

The one "just north" of Armidale is Dutton Trout Hatchery at Ebor....

One of the two NSW DPI Trout hatcheries that breeds for dam, river restocking programs..... :D
