What is the best place to buy fish for aquaponics from? Not just tilapia but like, bluegill, channel catfish, bass, etc. thanks!

Usually there are fish trucks that make routes, if you call your local feed store they may be able to tell you the next route time. Other than that try googling "fish stocking near me" to find some local-ish suppliers.

Don't discount buying and getting them shipped. Pretty normal here in Australia for fingerlings. As long as it not scorching hot they travel just fine.
