Quick question. How many Tilapia should be stocked in a IBC system assuming none will be removed and they will be raised to market weight?

That would depend on the size and type of your growbed media. A standard IBC with 300l of clay balls can do about 12 500g fish

Thanks a bunch! At this moment I don't really desire to use "food" fish for aquaponics but thought I'd ask as it was difficult to find a very clear answer.
