For a South Australian we are limited some what to fish varieties, personally I think Barra is over rated sorry but thats me.
However I have just returned from a short trip to Uganda and they have Tilapia, fair go thought Id gone to heaven, what a beautiful fish.

Thats all

I agree that Tilapia look ideal in a lot of ways, but just like any other fish, they also have their drawbacks. I think they would struggle in our southern winters, so why not stick with SP's and Trout?
Or if you want to be a bit more daring and out there, try redfin.
