I have found a source in Central Florida for Tilapia. They are the 'Blue' variety which is legal here. The guy has hundreds of adult in a ~10,000 gal swimming pool. They're all very healthy and you can get all you want.

He doesn't have a way to ship them and you have to catch them yourself. PM me if you want contact info.

He is an older gentlman and doesn't get around all that well so I think it would not be possible for him to actually start raising veggies. He does get a lot of enjoyment though from watching his many beautiful fish. He has lots of Koi the the pool also.
