Hi
Very small water volumes are often harder to manage than bigger tanks.
Most fish will not tolerate water temperature variations of more than + or_ 2*C per hour without stress. So temperature control is vital.
Forgive my previous flippant answer about shrimp.
If your interest is in crustaceans then Yes. Fresh water shrimp are available on UK E bay. I forget the latin name and the genus but a quick search should find something.
If your interest is in experimenting with salt water systems then I would be more than interested.
As I expect many on this site would be also.
We are friendly.
The Aussies may growl a bit but they are on the most part quite, chilled!
