Hope this is ok in this area but part of my design is 1x 4500x350x350mm and 2x 1800x350x350mm somewhat sump tanks. Just wondering what people would suggest keeping in this size. Was liking the idea of marron or redclaw.

the 4.5m one would make a nice trout run.

Really? ? I'm very new to fish and aquaponics so assumed might be bit too shallow. Great news

it may be, its hard to picture without it infront of me.

but a friend has built one that i would guess is a similar size out of wood and it worked just fine the year he ran about 15 trout in it.

the last few that were pulled out were close to 1kg and had trouble turning around in there which sucked, but they managed.

In a quick Google search shows that they roughly get to 210-220mm which to me is fine. Bit more research ahead
