Let me know what you find AP - I may be up for a purchase soon myself. I assume SEQ have none - or are they just too small? |

These guys have been mentionned before. Fairly handy location - but prices are not really competitive with many others here in SEQ. |

In fairness, they are retail prices and cheap for retail pricing. The price breaks on 50/100 are reasonable. We get spoilt a bit with most of us being able to buy small fish quantities at effectively wholesale pricing. My guess is they are buying fingerlings same as us and just growing some on whilst trying to move most of what they buy asap. |

Tis not a matter of being fair TT. I am merely stating a fact. $1 is the most we have to pay in South East Queensland and some get their fish for 50 cents in just quantities of 100 (or did you pay 80c Les?). I do not think this mob is a ripoff merchant or anything, the prices a reasonable compared to some, but just not as low as you can get here. Of course the quality of the fish may be outstanding and size superior, thereby warranting the extra cost. Also, nor point spendign 20 bucks on petrol to save 15 - so also depends on where you live heh :-) |
