Post subject:  Baitfish and Aquaponics

Hi, I am new to Aquaponics and am having trouble finding out if it is possible to breed baitfish such as Emerald Shiners, Creek Chubb and maybe Fathead minnows instead of hints like Tilapia. From my research I can't find much about how you would set up your tanks for breeding or how you should rotate the fish to different tanks so they don't eat their eggs.??
Thanks

fathead minnows are a yes, i use rosy reds (orange fatheads) as a supplemental feed for my yellow perch.. my rosy reds continued to breed till the water temp hit about 65f, when i needed more baby minnows, i move a clay pot full of eggs (with the male to take care of the eggs) to a regular glass fish tank with sponge filters
but emerald shiners are open water breeders..
creek chubs need a fast flow i think but not sure
